Duvi puts a real voice on a company's website, its WhatsApp and its phone line, one that answers from what the business actually knows. We are small, there is a lot left to build, and we would rather build it with you.

Every business already has a voice: someone picking up the phone, replying on WhatsApp, typing into the chat box at eleven at night. It is the most human part of a company, and the first part to buckle when that company grows.
Getting an agent to answer correctly used to be the hard part. Models got good enough that it stopped being the interesting problem. What is left is running hundreds of those conversations a day, on a call and a chat window at once, and knowing every one of them stayed accurate and actually resolved something. That is what we build.
Building it is supposed to be fun, which here means understanding the problem, getting room to solve it properly, and watching it go live. We wrote down how we work before we finished the product, and it is right below. If you disagree with it, we would both rather know now.

Say only what is true
We claim only what we can point at on a screen. That goes for the website, the docs, and anything we tell a customer.
Everything on screen is real
Every screen we ship runs against a real backend. When a thing is still unbuilt, we say it is still unbuilt.
Delete it, do not bury it
When something stops being true it comes out that day, before someone reads it and acts on it. The history keeps it, so anything deleted by mistake comes straight back.
Write it down
If it changes what someone else does, it gets written down where they will find it.
One source for a fact
Two copies of a number means one of them is wrong, and both look equally right. Every fact gets one home, and everything else points at it.
Own the whole thing
Design it, ship it, run it, answer for it. Yes, that includes the pager.
