Duvi is a voice and chat agent platform, a product of DigiIQ, Inc. (United States). In India, Duvi is operated by DUVI AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Together these entities are referred to in this policy as "Duvi," "we," "us," or "our."

• Conversation data processed through the platform, including voice audio, transcripts, and messages exchanged with agents you or your customers create. For platform customers, this data is processed on your behalf as described in your agreement with us.
• Application details, such as a resume and contact information, when you apply for a role with us.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as device, browser, and interaction data.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the platform, to respond to your inquiries and demo requests, to process job applications, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our processing relies on your consent and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

How We Share It

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, telephony and messaging providers, and AI model providers.
